For distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties), the Customer has, according to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty, except for return shipping costs.

Le Vestiaire de Jeanne allows the customer 15 days to exercise this right.

This period begins on the day the Customer receives the goods.

Return requests can be made by contacting Le Vestiaire de Jeanne customer service either via the contact form or by email.

Please clearly indicate the order number, the customer's name, and the details of the item you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return.

The customer's return request will then be reviewed, and LE VESTIAIRE DE JEANNE will send a confirmation email indicating the return address.

Returned products must be undamaged, in perfect condition for resale, and in their original packaging.

They must not have been worn, used, damaged, or stained, and must be perfectly clean.

Any damaged, incomplete, or damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for shipping costs, which remain the customer's responsibility.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer will receive a discount voucher in the form of a code for the amount paid, valid for a future order.

The voucher is valid for 12 months and available online in the customer's account.

The Customer may also request a refund of the amounts paid.

In the event of a refund request, LE VESTIAIRE DE JEANNE will take the necessary steps to reimburse the Customer within 30 days.
